This website is provided to promote the retention of glass industry skills within the various sectors of the worldwide glass industry. 

Gaining the necessary skills in the glass industry can take many years and it is a big loss to the industry to lose such experience. 

There has been a lack of a single, organised ‘marketplace’ to go to for companies to find glass industry talent as well as for such talent to find alternative employers in the glass industry. As a result, there has been more leakage of glass industry skills from the industry than would otherwise be the case.

This website therefore provides a facility to stop this leakage of skills from happening to such an extent.

It relies upon glass industry companies posting their jobs on this website and for the worldwide glass workforce to use the website to ensure that employers come back here to fill their vacancies when such needs arise.
